A valued long-term commercial broker client engaged BellMoore to prepare this 273,000+ square-foot warehouse for re-lease. The previous tenants left discarded items throughout the entire facility and work was needed across the board. BellMoore quickly got to work, and despite holidays, snow and ice storms, and some unexpected client needs, our team tackled this project from every square inch.
