Claudia Moore, CAPM
Claudia serves as chief executive officer and senior project manager of BellMoore Construction. As a co-founder of the company, Claudia has played a key role in shaping BellMoore’s operational standards, client experience, and overall growth.
Claudia is known for her disciplined approach to scheduling, budgeting, and coordination—ensuring that every project runs efficiently from pre-construction through closeout. Her strengths in communication and organization help foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners, creating a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomes. Backed by her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential, she applies industry-recognized best practices to maintain consistency, transparency, and accountability across all projects to elevate the overall client experience.

Lewis Moore
Following a distinguished career in law enforcement, Lewis pursued a career in commercial construction, gaining vast experience including full site project management, Special Projects Division lead, and oversight of all phases of commercial construction projects. Lewis became independently licensed (LB3) through the state of South Carolina and Unlimited Commercial & Residential in the US Virgin Islands, Emergency Response Consultant, Emergency Response Consultant/GC for US Department of Defense, as well as a US Preferred Disaster Response representative for the US Virgin Islands. Lewis remains highly visible and engaged in all daily operations across BellMoore sites, typically acting as the superintendent himself for BellMoore’s more unique/precise projects. In addition to graduating top in his class, Lewis holds numerous commercial construction high level certifications and is OSHA 30 certified.

David Keener
David began working in construction as a teenager and continued honing his skills throughout college, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of trades. After graduating with a degree in Applied Criminology, he entered law enforcement, where he earned several distinctions and Commendations and served on special operations. He continues to serve the community today as a part-time officer.
David brings exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a calm, solutions-driven presence to every job site. His disciplined, precise approach and deep respect for the teams he leads help ensure BellMoore’s client-centric standards are consistently delivered. He holds numerous FEMA certifications related to emergency preparedness and operations, is a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor, Six Sigma Lean trained, and is OSHA 30 certified.

Kristen Lawson serves as Assistant Project Manager and Marketing Director, where she bridges operations and strategy to keep projects running efficiently and BellMoore’s brand strong. With a background in full-cycle marketing and project management, Kristen’s specialties include digital marketing, systems integration, process implementation, and website strategy. Known for strong organization, communication, and creative problem-solving, Kristen helps ensure each project—and each client experience—reflects BellMoore’s commitment to quality and integrity.
